SMS alerts
Our entire staff at the
datacenter has a beeper or cell phone that serve for the
datacenters “Alert SMS”. We have several people who can check
the server uptime, functioning, email, ftp etc on location.
If
a problem arises, our system is set in motion; within 60 seconds
the staff members receive an SMS, whether it’s day or night and
wherever they are. The staff members then start investigating
immediately and track down the problem, they can reboot the
system within 3 minutes and bring the servers online again.
Also, our datacenters have spare harware in storage for when a
hardware problem arises. Our system can be completely reset and
fixed within a few hours after a collective hackers attack or
system failure.
Email

Our entire
staff and employees have access to their email account from
anywhere, whether this is at work or at home. There is always a
person on “server watch” if a problem arises. The email that is
sent then, contains extensive information about where the
problem has presented itself etc.
Datacenter control
Datacenter staff always check the
entire network and also check all servers, they can respond to
any possible problem, whenever. They can instantly fix the
problem. Normally, servers can be rebooted within 3 minutes.
